Trio ensemble consisting of Alistair Payne (UK) on trumpet, Tancrède D. Kummer (FR) on drums and Uldis Vitols (LV) on double bass. Currently based in Amsterdam, ELKA works as a collective platform where all members bring along their affinities to different musical genres and creative processes.

In contrast with their rather humble instrumentation, ELKA shows great concern for carefully arranged parts and spectral density.
